Based on the discussion, the schedule listing down all the tasks with their start date and end date is prepared and shared with all the team members. This gives a sense of empowernment to the team and builds confidence in the schedule.  The actual web development should start only once all the team members are in agreement over the schedule.

Time keeper should be there to track the progress of the web development and to ensure the timely completion of all the tasks. There is no harm in extending the deadline for a task if it has not been completed in the stipulated time. Set a new schedule and stick to that.
